92pk Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings given below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of the document clearly.

• "92pk" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the 92pk online betting and casino service available at 92pk.click and all associated sub-domains.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a 92pk account or is in the process of registering one.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a player on 92pk to access betting, casino and other services.
• "Wallet Balance" — the total PKR funds held in a player's 92pk account, comprising real-money deposits plus any settled winnings.
• "Bonus Balance" — funds credited to a player's account as part of a 92pk promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the multiple of a bonus amount that must be staked on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency accepted and displayed on the 92pk platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any stake placed on a sporting event, live casino game, RNG casino game or any other wagering product offered on 92pk.

2. Account Registration

To use 92pk's betting and casino services you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a date of birth confirming you are 18 or over, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions together with the 92pk Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration and keep that information current throughout your time as a 92pk player. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 92pk will never ask for your password — do not share it with anyone.

92pk reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued CNIC, passport or driver's licence) at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by the platform may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to hold and use a 92pk account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 92pk takes underage gambling seriously and will close any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any funds in a closed underage account will not be returned.
• You must be accessing 92pk from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law as it applies to you personally. You are solely responsible for ensuring your participation is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer or director of 92pk, or an immediate family member of any such person, when placing bets on the platform.
• You must not be self-excluded on 92pk under the responsible gaming programme. Players who have self-excluded are not permitted to create new accounts during the exclusion period.

92pk may at any time request proof of age. If satisfactory proof is not provided within the requested timeframe, the account will be suspended until verification is complete. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 92pk account must be made via accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the account reviewed.

Deposits are credited to your 92pk wallet instantly for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within one to four hours for IBFT transfers, subject to banking hours. 92pk does not charge fees on deposits; your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 92pk account are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average for mobile wallet methods during normal operating hours. IBFT withdrawals process within two to four banking hours.

Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement being met before the withdrawal can be requested. Real-money funds in your wallet that were deposited and never converted from a bonus are withdrawable at any time without restriction, provided identity verification has been completed.

5. Betting Rules

92pk offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, internationals and domestic tournaments), football, tennis and other selected sports. By placing a bet on 92pk, you accept that:

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are fixed at that moment — subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.
• All bets are final once confirmed. 92pk does not accept cancellation requests except in cases where a bet was placed on an event that is subsequently voided.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, 92pk will apply the rules applicable to that sport and market. Generally, if a match does not reach a minimum qualifying period, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are available in the 92pk betting rules documentation within the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip interface. 92pk reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any account at its discretion.
• 92pk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has already been determined at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of market manipulation or match-fixing.

5.1 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting on 92pk operates during live events and uses real-time data feeds. Odds update continuously and may be suspended during active play. A bet is only confirmed when you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation — if the odds change between your submission and the system processing the bet, you will be notified and can choose to accept the new odds or cancel the bet request.

6. Casino Games

92pk's casino section includes live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, Teen Patti, poker and others) and RNG-powered games (slots, Megaways, crash games and virtual table games). By participating in any casino game on 92pk:

• You acknowledge that all RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator software and are not influenced by any person or system, including 92pk's operations team.
• You acknowledge that live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical dealing of real cards or the operation of real equipment in a live studio environment, and that 92pk has no influence over individual hand or round outcomes.
• RTP (return to player) percentages displayed for each game represent the long-run statistical average over many millions of rounds. They do not predict outcomes for any individual session.
• 92pk reserves the right to void any casino round where a technical malfunction is confirmed to have materially affected the outcome. In such cases, stakes are returned to players' 92pk wallets.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits for each casino game are displayed within the game interface. Limits vary by game type and table. VIP tables at 92pk have higher minimums and higher limits — access requires meeting the VIP tier eligibility criteria outlined in the 92pk VIP programme terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

92pk offers a range of bonuses including the welcome deposit bonus, weekly cashback, free spins and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below and any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance, not your withdrawable Wallet Balance, until the associated wagering requirement is met.
• The standard wagering requirement on 92pk bonuses is 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The exact requirement is stated on each offer's terms page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Teen Patti) typically contribute 10–25%. Sports betting bets contribute at a rate specified per promotion. Games that contribute 0% are listed in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Once a wagering requirement has been met, the resulting withdrawable amount will be credited to your Wallet Balance within 24 hours.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

92pk monitors bonus usage for abuse patterns including but not limited to: wagering only on high-RTP outcomes to meet requirements with minimal risk, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in combinations with external matched betting services, and exploiting promotion errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, 92pk reserves the right to forfeit the bonus balance, forfeit winnings generated from that bonus, and close the account. Players who believe a bonus was incorrectly flagged may contact support to request a manual review.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92pk and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method to fund or withdraw from your 92pk account.
• Attempting to access or manipulate the 92pk platform through automated scripts, bots, exploits or other unauthorised technical means.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer casino games (poker, Teen Patti) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets with knowledge that the outcome has already been determined (insider information, match-fixing).
• Engaging in money laundering — using the 92pk platform to deposit and withdraw funds without the genuine intention of participating in betting or casino activity.
• Selling, transferring or purchasing a 92pk account or account credits.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 92pk staff or other players through the platform's communication channels.

9. Responsible Gaming

92pk is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide the following tools, all accessible from your account settings panel, free of charge:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR limits on how much you can deposit into your 92pk account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced (made more restrictive) without a delay. Increases to a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials, resulting in unauthorised third-party access.

• Any indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind.

92pk makes reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the platform is available continuously. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

12. Amendments to These Terms

92pk may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email to their registered address and/or by an in-platform notification at login. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 92pk platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
